Fitness has truly been my entire life which is why I founded Body On Pointe. It is my passion and career to show people true fitness that takes care of your
mind, body and soul.
So much of my approach to life and career are from experiences and life lessons from my childhood of Ballet. As a child submerged into the life of dance through the Draper Academy of Dance, I was taught early the importance of a balanced diet that kept my mind quick and body strong.
Strength training with dead lifting and weights was introduced to keep me strong.
Yoga was incorporated weekly to teach my mind to be calm and still while isolating individual muscles, and running was a form of exercise that kept me lean.
Now I want to show you how to look but more importantly feel your best.
It's my belief that nutrition comes first
by healing the body from the inside out,
followed by proper fitness.
As a former ballerina,
I've learned the importance of food being vital
to fuel the body for rigorous training and
to keep fit in a sustainable lifestyle.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
My journey to fitness was introduced after suffering a stroke back in 2009 which was my wake up call. In life leading up to that my lifestyle was certainly not what it is today. Not to be one to make excuses or point blame but a job that requires someone to travel in my eyes was incredibly hard to eat healthy.
She is so incredibly knowledgable in what she does! It's rare to find a trainer who's taken longer then a weekend course these days so Christina is truly amazing in the effort she has put in to be the best trainer/nutrition coach she can be for her clients!
Inward To Ithika
It's like getting your butt kicked with style and grace. Something I never thought possible until now.
She cuts to the chase and gets down to the issues. Reality checks are not only necessary but crucial to success. I thank her for giving me the motivation day in and day out to keep doing what I do.
