Benefits to Lemons: Lemons are hands down one of the healthiest things for you to juice. Drinking a lemon each day in the morning stimulates your digestive track and is packed full of Vitamin C. They are packed full of Potassium ( so throw out that banana.. we don't need them ) which will keep your bones strong. They will balance your PH levels ( pH stands for power of hydrogen, which is a measurement of the hydrogen ion concentration in the body) and is a great source of an Alkaline food. Lemons clear your skin and body as well. Too much citrus though does more harm then good and this is why you drink one cup a day in the morning preferably. Nothing stimulates the digestive system and the liver to produce more enzymes than a lemon. Consuming just one of these citrus fruits can heal the pancreas and improve digestion.
Body On Pointe Smoothie:
Why I designed this smoothie? This multi use smoothie was designed for the athletes out there to help recover after a game and it turned out everyone loves it!
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 scoop Glutamine
1 tablespoon Raw Honey depending on how sweet you like it
1/2 rip Avocado
1 Egg cracked in whole or 2 tablespoons egg whiltes
1 tablespoon Udos oil ( Fuel Your Brain)
1 tablespoon Unfiltered Organic Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Flaxseed oil
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Kale
A few leaf of Parsley is great for your digestive and immune system
1/2 cup ice
Fill with water

Here is the break down on protein. Do you feel heavy, bloated or tired after eating meat? When you eat a protein lectin that is incompatible with your blood type antigen then the lectins ( abundant proteins found in foods that affect your blood and tissues ) attach to the walls of your digestive tract causing inflammation. Different lectins target different organs and body systems. Each blood type has the following:

Pineapple juice contains several beneficial vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, beta carotene, copper, zinc, and folate. It's unusually high source of vitamin C, far higher than the much-touted oranges. Just one cup of fresh pineapple chunks contains more than 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. Most of the time, however, the best time to eat pineapple for its many health benefits is on its own on an empty stomach.
Why am I OBSESSED with Mangos?
Mangos are an excellent source of antioxidants that help fight and protect against Prostate Cancers and ones of the Colon as well but they don't stop with that. They are high in magnesium, which is an electrolyte mineral that’s essential to your health.
Magnesium is especially helpful for heart health, as it helps muscles to relax more fully so that the heart can recover better.
Magnesium is important for regulating blood pressure and also lowers blood pressure for people who have high readings. Mangos are rich in vitamin C which is a necessary part of the creation of collagen in our bodies, eating more of these fruits can help us make more collagen, which is important in keeping the joints flexible and strong and pain-free as you age.

Steak Wraps Grilled on the BBQ ( Great to bring for lunch) This makes 2 wraps
4oz steak that is seasoned and marinated to your liking
1/2 Red bell pepper diced up in strips or to your preference
1 Tablespoon fresh garlic
Sprinkled with Kelp Salt ( Much better then seafood for your Iodine
1 Mango sliced up
1 cup of pineapple sliced up
Whole wheat Pitas
Sprinkle with Parsley
Choice of sauce. I prefer a organic or home made BBQ sauce with hot sauce.
First cook steak on the BBQ then add to the wrap. Option to grill the vegetable as well before.
Secure with a tooth pick and grill to finish.
