Rejuvenation in a Glass


Why I designed this?  This juice recipe is designed to pick up even the most drained individuals and help restore your body back to health whether you have been training hard in the gym or coming down from a hectic work week. 


2 lemons juiced

1/2 cup fresh parsley 

1/2 cup fresh mint

1/2 rip avocado 

1/2 grapefruit juiced 

Dash of cinnamon 

1/2 cup fresh blueberries 

1 giant handful of Kale juiced

1/2 cucumber juiced

1/2 cup watermelon 

2 tablespoons oil ( Hemp, Flax Seed, Unfiltered Olive Oil, Avocado Oil or my personal favourite Udos Oil.)

Add a handful of ice to chill it, fill up with water and enjoy!
