Liver Revival

Fun fact: the liver is one of most overworked organs in the body! While you may think that once food has gone through the stomach it just makes it way on down to the intestines for digestion, think again!! 

 

The liver has bile stimulation, detoxification, waste removal, metabolism, break down of old blood cells and processing fats on its "to do list" amongst so many other things.. 

 

Today, try to be kind!! Keep your liver in mind and eat some of the following things: 

 

Lemon

Apple cider vinegar

Grapefruit 

Garlic 

Beets 

Avocados

Greens 

Walnuts

Turmeric
