This is an 8-week result based program I designed to give results.

 

Included:

  • Pre / Post Assessment to track your accomplishments.

  • Two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week that will target to strengthen, tone and create lean muscles.

  • Nutrition tips to cut belly fat, rebalance hormones and energize your new body. Each is custom designed along with a personalized Smoothie named after you created for you!
